Brighter Futures –

Brighter Futures was established in 1974 to provide suitable accommodation
and resettlement to single homeless people. In addition
to The Granville, a direct-access hostel in Hanley,
and a Community Housing Support team, which manages
single and shared accommodation in the community,
including a project for people with mental health
needs. A Rough Sleeper's Link worker offers outreach
support to people sleeping rough in the City Centre.
